The Scenar was developed during a period of more than 25 years of research and development by a Russian Space Medical Research Group in the Soviet era, trying to produce a “cure all” device for their cosmonauts to treat themselves to eliminate pains and other medical disorders during their extended missions in space. Though not considered a "cure-all", professional Russian practitioners claim that it will cure or significantly improve almost 80 % of all possible health problems. The Russian Research & Development group is currently introducing their newest, most advanced Scenar device in Europe. This new ultra-effective device is now available to Scenartronics for our membership. Approximately 10 years ago the device received clearance from the Russian government for private sector use. Since then, thousands of doctors, therapists and other medical professionals in Europe are successfully using the device in their daily practice, either in combination with conventional medicine or as a stand alone device.
